Partnering with a WSDC event or program gives you an audience with whom you can communicate, inform, educate, influence, and interact with in a very positive way. When partnering with a WSDC program or event, you’re not just “buying into a sponsorship” or making a charitable contribution. You’re getting involved in a multi-dimensional marketing campaign that has specific, tangible benefits.
Advertising and Promotion: When promoting our events our partners and sponsors are tagged or featured on radio, TV and print media promoting our events. We also use electronic advertising such as email blasts, website links and social media to engage participants with our partners.
Activation is the key to an outstanding partnership experience. The value of your investment is directly related to how we help you leverage your partnership rights and privileges. To that end we will work with you to creatively promote your sponsorship. Your company name, logo and information will be delivered directly to participants, their friends and families through venue banners, athlete bags, and participant packets. We will also help you integrate the use of the event logo into your internal communications, planned advertising, public relations, direct marketing, on-site sampling and other promotions. The information and guidance you receive regarding timelines, program and event highlights, etc. will ensure the quality and consistency of your activation efforts. We will also assistance you in determining the portion of your sponsorship that is tax-deductible.
